À propos
This event is done through Doors Open Ontario as a heritage and cultural tourism program through the Ontario Heritage Trust and a network of provincewide community organizing partners. It is designed to allow free access and awareness to Brockville’s heritage sites and buildings, giving residents and visitors a unique opportunity to explore and enjoy places they would not regularly see or have access to. This event celebrates Brockville’s identity, creates volunteer opportunities, builds interest in the city’s heritage and culture, and creates economic development opportunities.
The event will take place on September 18th, 2026, and we hope to bring back as a yearly event. Sites such as the Brockville Museum, city hall, local churches, the Brockville Arts Centre, and more will have free admission for anyone interested in participating.
