À propos
This creative workshop introduces participants to three foundational styles of Western calligraphy— Italic, and Faux—through hands-on practice and guided instruction. Designed for all skill levels, the session explores the historical background of each style and offers step-by-step instruction in forming letters, applying strokes, and adding decorative flourishes. Faux calligraphy makes the session especially accessible, allowing participants to practice elegant lettering using everyday pens and markers.
Participants will engage in both individual and group exercises, receive printed worksheets, and take home their own finished lettering projects. The workshop encourages cultural literacy by connecting participants with the artistic traditions of European script styles in a fun, supportive environment.
