Get a behind the scenes look at how pottery is made touring the Ravens wing pottery studio. Learn about the different types of clay, the making process (including a wheel demo), the different decorating processes and the magic of the kiln.

An exhibition of works by participants of studio classes and workshops will be on display. There will be pottery available for purchase. Light refreshments will be available.

Ravens wing pottery - Tamara Gagnon

Ravens wing pottery is a studio where I practice my art in ceramics and acrylics. The studio is situated in a relaxing country setting, nestled in the woods in the South end of Sudbury (Estaire/Wanup).

My artwork is inspired by the nature that surrounds us, and our connection to it, and our connection to others. I share my space with various people throughout the year. It's been a great opportunity to help others connect with their creative selves, while inspiring me in my work. This year will feature a Showcase of the beautiful art pieces that have been created by other hands working at Ravens wing pottery during the past few years. Please come out for a visit.
