À propos

A guided nature walk in the Mimico Ravine at Tom Riley Park. Beginning at the Bloor St entrance parking lot, we will explore the possibilities of healing and resiliency of the Mimico ravine. Expect to explore the rich history and importance of the Mimico ravine, while walking to predefined ravine hotspots. We will guide people through meditation techniques using the five senses, increasing the awareness of and connection to nature. We will end with an intention-setting meditation focused on strengthening pre-existing communities of land and water stewardship in Toronto.

This event is family-friendly and will be offered in English and Spanish. Refreshments will be provided.

Please note this event will require some walking; sometimes in some uneven terrain but always on trails. Dress according to the weather as this event will be fully outdoors.

**This event has been organized with the support of Park People's "InTO the Ravines Champions" program, in partnership with the City of Toronto.
