Join the City of Barrie for its flag raising ceremony to mark the start of Culture Days 2023. It will take place at City Hall, 70 Collier Street, outside in the courtyard (by the fountain), on September 22 at 12:30 PM.
Following the Flag Raising, join the Public Art Coordinator on a guided walking tour of Brightening Barriers, the downtown patio art project. The tour begins at 1pm, at the City Hall Courtyard.
