Connect virtually with American textile artist Tabitha Arnold!
Participants learn about themes, inspiration, and history behind Arnold's artistic practice and how her art arises from lived experience of protest, activism and community organizing.
Through small group exercises, attendees develop greater awareness for how they too can become more connected observers and recorders within their home communities.
Participants' build skills in keeping a community observation diary, inspiring them to make space in daily life for small acts of reflection.

The Workers Arts and Heritage Centre (WAHC) is a community museum and multidisciplinary arts centre located in the historic Custom House in Hamilton, ON. Our mission is to celebrate the stories of all working people through art, history, and culture.
WAHC provides an array of exhibitions, educational programs, guided tours, online exhibits and events to our local community and to provincial and national audiences. WAHC is also home to a contemporary gallery showing work by local and national artists that address the diverse histories and cultures of working people.
