The event is in a public park, there is a playground and we invite the community to participate in making music and singing songs as it would be at a campfire. The hosting group is called Parkdale Musicians Collective and plays music in the neighborhood for events and fun.

We are a group of musicians, working as a collective mainly in South Parkdale. Our aim is to engage the larger community to get involved in musical pursuits. Since the location has a playground we encourage the children to get involved.
