À propos

If you are ready to look at yourself from a perspective that gives you the formula to stay 'calmly active and actively calm' then this is for you!

Sutra is a workshop is for all those who want to find out the 'Sutra' or formula to understand oneself through Bharatanatyam movements. It aims to create movement awareness, experience and its impact on mind and body for women through Bharatanatyam which is an ancient South Indian Performing Arts form and technique.

Bharatanatyam is a dance technique hailing from Tamil Nadu, a province in East India. It is an ancient art form over 2000 years old evolved through years from sculpture to movement and slowly to a lifestyle and a living philosophy.

It is a also a movement science which allows you to understand your 'Bhava' or emotion, through your inner 'Raga' inner melody and 'Talam' your innate beat instinct.
