About Ron Lopata / Event Mandate

Ron Lopata is an award-winning producer, writer, pianist,and former VP of A&R at Warner Music Canada, with multiple GOLD and PLATINUM records, and recently - over 15 million streams of his neoclassical piano music. His career spans years touring with Jacksoul, opening for legends like James Brown and Al Green, producing and developing emerging artists, and creating evocative, cinematic solo piano compositions.

The mandate of this event is to inspire and educate aspiring musicians of all ages by sharing practical advice, creative insights, and industry knowledge. Through live demonstrations, recording tips, storytelling, piano, and interactive Q&A, participants gain a rare glimpse into both the artistic and professional sides of music-making.

Year-round, Ron is actively producing records, mentoring artists, composing, and providing training with modern music industry expertise, and bringing audiences closer to the craft of music creation.
