As part of Gateway Theatre's "A Chinese Arts + Culture Celebration", Star Band will be performing classic Cantonese and Mandarin pop hit songs, as well as North American hits from the '60s, ’70s, and '80s. Specializing in Top‐20 English hit songs of the era, they will perform songs from famous artists such as The Carpenters, Billy Joel, The Classic IV, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Herb Alpert, Lionel Richie, and Santana.
Star Band is one of local Vancouver’s favorite top bands featuring Priscilla So 蘇詠琴 (lead vocalist), Albert Wong (guitar and vocals), Ricky Mo (keyboard), Danny Lai (bass), Dominic Lam (percussion), and Daniel Chan (piano).
