À propos
Pop by for a pop-up on Culture Days weekend! Join us at the gallery for a guided printmaking workshop and community build project. Led by Otherwise Studios on a drop-in basis, participants will learn how to design, carve, and hand-print a single-colour linoleum print using a variety of tools and techniques. All printmakers involved will create a one-of-a-kind edition to take home, as well as contribute to a community bunting project. Each design will be printed on a flag and added to a banner that will be installed throughout the day at the Art Gallery of Guelph. Come collaborate and create with your community! All ages are welcome, no experience required. Presented by the Art Gallery of Guelph and Otherwise Studios.

Art Gallery of Guelph and Otherwise Studios
The Art Gallery of Guelph (AGG) is one of Canada’s premier public art spaces, engaging audiences with innovative artists and ideas from around the world. Through a rigorous and collaborative artistic program that positions visual culture in an ever-changing cultural landscape, the gallery supports social exchange and shapes public discourse. Located in one of Canada’s most innovation-rich and socially-engaged urban environments, the AGG offers compelling artistic encounters and contributes to a thriving national artistic climate through global connections that foster and proliferate creative innovation.
Otherwise Studios was created by Abby Nowakowski and Ahmri Vandeborne who together make the artist collaborative, AHMRI + ABBY.
Otherwise is a studio, classroom, stage, gallery space, and anything you may need it to be! Otherwise is a space open to artists and creatives for collaborating, teaching, innovating, and mess-making.
