À propos

Celebrating the mushroom, CAHEP, in partnership with the City of Thunder Bay, is bringing 3 talented local artists together, Mark Nisenholt, Janna Zachary and Ryan Wilkie to artistically explore the mushroom through their art. Through photography, painting, illustration and digital art, they will explore the astounding nature of mushrooms, all they are and all they represent. Also present will be Benjamin Bohemier, a graduate student from Lakehead University, with fascinating mushroom displays and information. CAHEP will also have fun, interactive art that night as well. All in the Gallery of the Baggage Building Arts Centre.

CAHEP

CAHEP is the Community Arts and Heritage Education Project, based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, which brings professional artists of many disciplines into community settings. Whether coming into schools and exposing students to new and challenging arts projects, or providing arts services in community groups (ie-55+, Boys and Girls club, etc) or creating drop in programming at city wide events, we strive to open the view and understanding of art and the power it holds.
