This event will be a small group of local artists exhibiting, demonstrating, and selling their work to the general public.
The group includes a Master Printmaker, two painters, and a digital photographer-videographer and poet.

Margaret Burns, Master Artist and Printmaker
Margaret is an active and practising watercolourist and printmaker, now 91 years of age.
At 75, she applied for a 4 year Fine Arts program at North Island Collage BC, studying printmaking,which included Intaglio, Etching, Silkscreen, Woodcut and Collagraph.
After completing her original course of studies, she went on a further 2 years as an independent student, finding great pleasure in working with the younger students. It was a fun and rewarding time for her, as sharing her experience and knowledge.
In 2013, Margaret moved to the Lower Mainland and combines watercolors and printmaking, experimenting all the time. She works on Canvas with watercolors, painting directly on gesso and has mastered this, producing beautiful paintings from 4" x 4" miniatures to 32" x 40".
She produces beautiful botanical eco-prints and one of a kind greeting cards on handmade paper using leaves, grasses and weeds. Her latest project is handmade paper journals, which she covers with original watercolors or eco-prints. These are unique collector's items.
Her line of miniatures and small space art pieces include sand dollars, small prints, and original watercolours and prints, and offer delightful items to suit every budget.
