Join Us for Creative and Mindful Workout Wednesdays!

We’re excited to invite you to our Creative and Mindful Workout Wednesday classes, running from September 25 to October 9, 2024.

What to Expect:

Each Wednesday, we’ll explore how your culture and identity align with our core values. You’ll have the chance to reflect on which value resonates with you most and respond to prompts like, “What does courage mean to you?” This is a unique opportunity to share your stories and insights!

Each session will also focus on one or more of these values, encouraging meaningful discussions at the start of class. The prompts will be color-coded and displayed on our You Got This mural in the store.

We can’t wait to hear your stories and learn how you embody these values! Join us for a series of workouts that inspire both mind and body.
