The Sam Waller Museum serves to collect, preserve and interpret our community’s heritage for visitors to explore and appreciate.
Statement of Purpose
To professionally manage the original Waller collection and subsequent acquisitions;
To systematically collect, preserve, document, study, and interpret the human and natural history of The Pas and district for the greater public good and the use of future generations;
To maximise the use and enjoyment of the collection by the Public;
To promote all aspects of heritage preservation and interpretation in the community;
To serve as the archival repository for the records of The Town of The Pas and private manuscript materials of enduring significance.
