Whether you want to write poetry, fiction, non-fiction, plays, or memoir--this group could be for you. After a very interesting writing workshop hosted at the library in June 2024, we recognized that a formal writing group was needed. We will undertake some writing prompts and discover ways to encourage each other to create with the written word.

All ages are welcome.

Let's get started and see what we can create! We are meeting at the Watson Art Centre--the home of the creatives in Dauphin.

Dauphin Culture Days Committee

Dauphin Culture Days is put on each year by the creative folks at the Watson Art Centre, the Dauphin Public Library, the Dauphin Art Group, Countryfest Community Cinema, and just about any other creative person or group we can cajole into playing along with us. We know that creativity is at the heart of humans of all ages and our goal is to get our town to create, participate, and share.
