À propos

Vermicomposting, or worm composting, is an excellent way to convert household waste into nutrient rich fertilizer, reduce the amount of garbage in our landfills and even reduce greenhouse gasses. Join presenter Cathy Nesbitt for a 'get-your-hands-dirty' workshop on creating and using the ultimate recycling power - worms!

The presenter will appear via Zoom; participants may attend over Zoom or in-person at the Library Auditorium. Seating for in-person is limited to 25 and mask-wearing is encouraged.

Stratford Public Library

Stratford Public Library is an equitable, safe, and welcoming community where everyone can explore, learn, create, connect, and be inspired.

We are a place where hope and wonder fly. We envision a library which connects people, inspires learning, literacy and curiosity, and sparks change for a better community.

We hope to enhance the user experience with empowering and inclusive programs, and lead global change with the local community, helping Stratford residents build the community they want to live in.
