Whitewood School is a K-12 school that offers regular literacy programs like math, health science, social studies and arts to our elementary students. Whitewood School has many students from diverse heritage.

Our high school offers a full academic course load including a vast array of practical and applied arts, through magnet programming. It offers classes such as cosmetology, commercial cooking, construction, life transitions, visual arts, welding, forensic science, photography, calculus 30, robotics, French, interior design, wildlife management and electrical.

In addition to the above academic classes, we also offer many extra-curricular opportunities for our students such as student leadership council, drama, muffin makers, cooking club, quilting club, drumming, paint nights and sports including volleyball, golf, cross-country, track and field, badminton, basketball and curling.

Nutrition education is a key focus for Whitewood School. On a daily basis, we serve about 62 students breakfast, out of our total population of 255. Snacks are served to all students while lunch is often provided to students who have a need for lunch or do not bring one.
