WestmAnimation is the first mini-festival of animation in Southwestern Manitoba. The initiative will have an open call for anyone with any connection to the region to submit animations from 1 to 15 minutes long and that have been created within the last five years. The main event, will be the screening of submitted animations, and will be held on the Fusion Credit Union Stage at the Riverbank Discovery Centre on October 13th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. From October 14th to the 20th, the animations will be available on AGSM's digital platforms and in the Gallery for people to watch and vote for. The planning committee will judge the submissions and the winners will be announced on October 20th at a closing event in the Gallery.
