Come join us for a 25-minute Therapeutic Sound Journey at Caledon Creative Arts Festival! Stephanie is a somatic breathwork facilitator based out of Caledon, Ontario. She facilitates highly transformative experiences with tools like Breathwork, Ceremonial Cacao, and Sound Therapy. Stephanie seeks to share the same passion she embodies for yoga, mindfulness and breathwork with her local community.
