Empower Simcoe is bringing their amazing Express Yourself program to you! Join us as we incorporate movement and exercise with music move. We will guide you to use a variety of tools like ribbons, pom poms, egg shakers, scarfs, pool noodles, drumsticks and other creative props. You will have fun, be active, and express yourself in an inclusive environment all while listening to upbeat songs being lead by staff and people supported through Empower Simcoe.
Come join us and discover the joy of movement, the power of music, and the freedom of self-expression!
