Join us as we celebrate the opening of the 15th Annual City of St. Catharines Juried Art Exhibit, entitled "Phases."

As a total eclipse passed over the Niagara Region in April 2024, an opportunity to interpret arose. An eclipse happens in phases and can translate to a plethora of thoughts and feeling – the evolution of self, a moment of reflection, a blockage in life. "Phases", inspired by the eclipse, asked artists to explore this phenomenon and how we understand and interpret it.

The exhibit will be displayed in the third-floor gallery space at City Hall.
