"Sarah Campbell Mills is a 15-year-old singer-songwriter from Burlington, Ontario. She performs all over the GTA and just finished playing the Sound of Music Festival in Burlington with her band Outbreak. She has been described as a young Nora Jones because of her smooth tone and laid back style. A big country fan, you will be able to hear a bit of R & B in her sound as well.
