MAC 10+1 & Gary & Alberta Young Memorial Jamboree

Join Tweed & Company Theatre and the Tweed & Area Arts Council in celebrating 10 (+1) incredible years of arts and culture presentations at the MAC! We may have missed the big decade celebration because of restrictions, but that won't stop us from revelling in the success of this beautiful building, and the contribution that our entire community has made to it's success!

JOIN US FROM 1-3 PM on October 16th for complimentary snacks, refreshments and cake, as well as small performances and presentations from the Gateway Youth Jazz Ensemble, local artists, the arts council, Tweed & Co, and more!

THEN, when the clock strikes 3 PM, PAY WHAT YOU CAN and stick around for The Gary & Alberta Young Memorial Jamboree, in support of Tweed & Co, the Arts Council, and the Youth Jazz Ensemble.

In 2010 The Young Family Band partnered with The Tweed and Area Arts Council to host the “Alberta Young Memorial Jamboree” in May and October on an annual basis. This tradition will now live on as the 'Gary & Alberta Young Memorial Jamboree' hosted by Tweed & Company Theatre at the Marble Arts Centre as a joint fundraiser for the Arts Council, Tweed & Co, and the Gateway Youth Jazz Ensemble.

This performance will be a part of the MAC 10+1 anniversary celebration, and all tickets are Pay What You Can.

This is going to be an incredible day of laughter, celebration, and song, and we hope you join us to celebrate 10 (+1) years of the MAC!

Please note: at this time, masks are no longer mandatory, but are encouraged.

Tickets not required for MAC birthday celebrations, but tickets will be needed for entry to the Jamboree.
