Join us for Yoga with Amy Lynn, a seasoned and passionate instructor who has been sharing the benefits of yoga with the Mapleton community for years. Amy Lynn brings a warm, encouraging approach to her classes, making yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

She’ll be leading a Beginner Yoga Class perfect for those new to the practice or looking to reconnect with the basics. Both sessions focus on breath, movement, and mindfulness—helping participants feel stronger, calmer, and more connected.

No prior experience is necessary, and modifications will be offered throughout. Come stretch, breathe, and enjoy a moment of calm with Amy Lynn!
