Drop-in for a fun and creative workshop where you’ll paint hearts on rocks, learn some cool rock painting techniques, and pick up useful tips. Help spread joy and add beauty to your neighbourhood! This class is appropriate for ages: 8 and up, participants under 12 require an adult helper. Please wear art-appropriate clothing (painting is messy and permanent on fabric).
Sam Nagel has been painting rocks locally since 2017 as part of the “Vernon Rocks” group. Founded in 2017, the Facebook group is part of a global movement to spread kindness and foster community connections. Artists in the group paint rocks and leave them for others to find, keep, or rehide.
All required supplies are included.
