👩‍🎤 Instructor: Lara Tai – Professional actor, singer & improviser with credits in commercials (Domino’s, Amazon Prime, Walmart, TVOntario) and TV (Vice TV, History Channel).

🎤 Guest Artist: CDH Live – Rapper & performer bringing fire energy and freestyle skill.

About Lara Tai

Lara Tai is an actor, singer, and musical improviser whose work spans commercials, television, and community arts. She has worked with major commercial brands including Domino’s Pizza, TVOntario, Amazon Prime, Walmart, and Nintendo, and has appeared on television shows such as Ancient Structures for the History Channel and The Dark Side of Reality TV on VICE TV

In addition to her on-screen work, Lara was a dancer and choreographer with Culture Shock Canada in Toronto. She also completed a CMPA mentorship program, gaining experience on both television and film productions. She continues to grow as both a performer and arts facilitator, passionate about creating spaces where families and artists can explore creativity, build confidence, and connect through improvisation, music, and storytelling.

Is in the studio working on his latest new album but is taking time to partner with Lara to teach you an amazing workshop. He is believes in heart, faith, strength and producing the music "YO'self " to get the job done. A talented and strong performer who has had over 10 years of live performances all over the city. He is adept at mic technique, musicianship and producing. He is a lively and dynamic performer always ready to galvanize the audience with his deeply inciteful lyrics and is not afraid of adding comedy in the mix.
