À propos
Jenanne’s ceramics are focused on design and utility. Her work incorporates wheel throwing, casting and hand-building techniques. She takes inspiration from her surroundings, whether it is the shifting urban landscape; architecture old and new, or the meadows in the Glen where she now finds herself. Experimentation with surface and design construction are important considerations in her work. Jenanne’s work reflects the value of the handmade object and how our daily rituals are impacted by the environment that we live in.
You may find Jenanne and many more artists in the Courtyard & Stone Building Studios Wednesday through Sunday between 12 pm and 5 pm throughout Culture Days.
