Begin your journey with a calming sound bath led by sound healer Nikki Tugui, designed to center your mind and spark creativity. Then, dive into a hands-on lyric writing session with Mississauga-based hip hop artist and singer Vivek Mehmi. Explore the power of self-expression, discover your authentic voice, and connect with a community through shared storytelling through music. Discover lyric writing tips, techniques, figures of speech, rhymes and more!

Our buildings are our largest artifacts. The site is made of historic buildings: the Peel County Courthouse and Jail, the former Registry Office, and the Modernist Building.
