À propos

We will do 1 hour Dance workshop with fun, No experience needed, any ages welcome. Easy to follow. comfortable shoes. stretch pants with colorful top. Dance cardio with different songs.

I help people to get ride of stress, anxiety, depression with dance therapy to have a better mood and believing in themselves with self-confidence. I strongly believe dance could bring feeling of relaxation and peace, develop healthy relationships and behaviors, create better self-image about their body and release negative energy and depression. I believe that every person has the right and deserves to feel good about themselves, accept who they are and be happy.
