À propos
The North Shore Art Crawl, taking place October 14-16th, is a free community arts event that celebrates the creative energy of our local artists. In its twelfth year running, the North Shore Art Crawl partners with local galleries, community centres, businesses and art schools to invite the public to celebrate the talent of local artists by viewing their works and learning about their passions. Artists open their studios for the weekend or locate themselves in local businesses and community hubs all across the North Shore to welcome visitors to engage with their art. This annual event is made memorable and unique by the wide range of media displayed by the artists, including textiles, jewellry, pottery, graphic design, sculpture, painting, glass and photography. Visitors can look forward to opening receptions, artist demonstrations, art activities and other interesting and fun ways of immersing themselves in the creative world of the arts. The North Shore Art Crawl engages, inspires and transforms the North Shore through inclusive alliances among artists and the community.
