In Take Only What You Need, Belcourt invites viewers to self-reflect on nature’s symbolic properties and the earthly connections that intertwines human existence to the natural world. Her vibrant use of colour combined with her meticulous attention to detail creates a visual landscape of wonder. Challenging her audience to acknowledge their dependency and responsibility to the survival of Mother Earth.
