Nuit Blanche 2018 in Winnipeg marked the reveal of the acclaimed "Umbrella Room" at 125 Pacific Ave.
Since then, we have expanded our beer offerings to include the release of many small batches and new favourite full time beers. We have opened our kitchen to provide The Exchange with a menu focused on beer pairings, featuring all in house meat cures, and locally inspired shareable plates.
To celebrate the anniversary of our first night, and to showcase what we have to offer, La Brasserie Nonsuch Brewing Co. will reveal to our beloved city our anticipated "Rain Room." Expanding our interior with a display kitchen and a new atmosphere, accompanied by an all new ceiling installation.
We will be offering a streamlined menu of food as well as some small batch beers special to the evening. No cover. No tabs.
