À propos

Come Celebrate Art and Culture on Treaty 4 land at our Eden Care Communities Milton Heights location in Regina, Saskatchewan. On September 30, 2022 National Truth and Reconciliation Day we will be creating and installing our memorial lanterns to honour residential school survivors and those who never made it home. We are creating this project as our way of encouraging all to take a moment to remember, move forward, and never forget. Join us as we create a good life for all, on our path towards Truth and Reconciliation with the First Peoples of Saskatchewan. This is a free event. Anyone wishing to participate in making a lantern please bring a clean recycled glass jar, big enough for a tea light to fit inside, as your base to work with. We will supply the rest. You can take your glass lantern home to light the way for those in need. Our tin can lanterns created will remain on site.
