the elder asks that we as a group bring certain things to the sweat as offerings - we will coordinate as a group who will bring the tobacco and broadcloth. Also, each one of us will bring something to share at the potluck feast which is held afterwards. It is up to you if you want to leave a donation to the family that runs the sweat.
The Fall Sweat Ceremony is a powerful time of facing our inner shadow, and a time to tune into gratitude as we prepare for winter where the beautiful opportunity to journey inward emerges from the cold and dark.
Social distancing, hand sanitizing, and masks will be part of the covid plan.
