À propos

The Council of Nigerian Professionals presents Highlife Music: a Nigerian Music Project. This video, recorded on October 1, 2020, was a response to COVID-19. We wanted to share music to help people cope, as music is medicinal and therapeutic. We wanted people to feel happy in spite of all that was happening, and - of course - to let the music take them on a journey to the Motherland. This video commemorated Nigerian Independence Day and the second anniversary of the Council of Nigerian Professionals.

Join Adejisola Atiba, president and founder of the Council of Nigerian Professionals, for a virtual talk on October 15th, at 5pm, on all things music and culture. The video will be available all month.
