Orange Sweater & Feather Installation Self Guided Tour

‘The Circle of Friends’ at St. John’s Elora have created an art installation comprised of garlands of orange sweaters and feathers that serve as a memorial to the children who did not return home from residential schools. The public are invited on this self-guided tour of the church property to reflect and learn about steps towards reconciliation.

Additionally, during September anyone is welcome to assist in creating the installation, Wednesdays between 10am - noon. We’ll meet in the Parish Centre (next door to the church). Materials are provided, (no cost).
