Starting September 9th, our local Knitters have returned to the Glace Bay Library bringing their knitting or crochet items to work on; have a cup of tea; and some laughs along the way.
Dates are September 23rd, October 7th & October 14th, 2022 - all 130pm - 330pm.

Libraries are no longer your "typical libraries from back in the day". Alot of our patrons come for help with various things as looking for a job; new home; printing services; scanner services; There is so much we offer to our patrons now. Alot of patrons them don't realize most of our programs & services are FREE. We not only have books, but also DVDs; GPS systems; Ipads; Walking Sticks; Tennis Rackets; Snow shoes; Pedometers; Radon Kits; Fit Kits; Nature Backpacks; and so much more. Since we started with Same Page back in April 2022, our patrons now have access to one million items in our province.
