Bad Art is all about re-introducing play and fun into learning and mindfulness.
The main motto is “to do something well we must first do it badly” this is how we learn and grow.
If we can actively have fun and be silly making something bad on purpose it will flow through into the everyday as we learn and adapt to new skills, circumstances and situations. We will be able to have more patience when learning and be able to accept when something does not work out right at the get go in the future. We will be able to move forward and be kinder to ourselves: thus opening up a new mindset to learning throughout our lives.
When one can laugh, smile, and giggle at themselves rather than have frustration and anger well up, everything becomes an adventure, and our minds are more open and adaptable through change.
Of course, laughter is a medicine best shared so come on out and create silly chaos with your community.
