Sahaja Yoga Yuva Shakti presents “Music and Meditation,” a unique event combining guided meditation with sublime music. The event will begin with an introduction to meditation by followed by a heart opening journey through music featuring talented young artists, The Nair Brothers, playing santoor and bansuri.
