À propos

Art Gallery of Algoma is offering hand-building art activities for everyone on Friday, September 27th from 10:30am to 3pm for Culture Day. In partnership with Jade Wellness Studio and Doterra Essential Oils, there will be a meditation session for adults from 12:15pm to 12:30pm, family yoga from 12:30pm to 1pm, and Essential oil workshop from 2pm to 3pm, where you will be able to learn how essential oils can benefit your health.

Family Yoga:

Caregivers get to connect and move with their little ones ages 4 and up in this special yoga time together. We will use our imagination and learn yoga poses, meditation techniques and breathing exercises in a fun and interactive way. Please bring your own mats if available.

Meditation:

Let's take some time to center and re-focus our mind through some simple techniques. No experience is required. Bring a yoga mat if available.
