Vinyasa Flow Yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques and offers a range of health benefits. Derived from Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa links postures together in a series of movements that are synchronized with the breath. The continuous movement from one pose to another offers additional cardiovascular benefits. Practicing Vinyasa Yoga not only reduces stress, but increases muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. Suitable for all levels. Age: 18+
