BE HEARD: A Voice Workshop with Traci Foster

Listen to Dis' founder and somatic specialist Traci Foster will lead an inclusion-focused workshop rooted in a creative and physical approach to voice. Traci is Canada's first certified Fitzmaurice Voicework™ instructor who explores her work with a focus on where awareness, intuition, and action intersect.

Participants will be led through a series of exercises, to free the body, breath, and voice, in a safe and nurturing environment. Through song and speech, we will work together playfully to develop vibrant expression and come together as a community through sound. We will MOVE at the SPEED of TRUST with ease and pleasure as our guide.

She has facilitated provincially, nationally, and internationally, for over almost three decades now. There is nothing she loves more than to bring community together through a collective voice to be heard.
