A low impact alternative to running for those looking for a full-body workout. Walking poles are added to provide an intense upper body workout, utilizing more muscles and burning more calories. This program is held outdoors weather-permitting, and includes body weight conditioning exercises and a stretching component. Walking poles are provided. Age: 18+ This is a FREE program but pre-registration is required, go to www.oakville.ca to register starting August 10, 2019
