Heartfulness is a heart-based meditation, originating in India and has been practiced for over 100 years. It is currently practiced in over 160 countries by millions of people. It is based on raja yoga and has a unique feature called "Pranahuti" or yogic transmission to help go deeper to connect to our Source. Learn from certified trainers, and experience deeper levels of relaxation and meditation. Connect with trainers to learn about the science behind Heartfulness, including research studies that have been done.
