In celebration of Culture Days, Join Wellness Chef Andy Muto at the Museum for a FREE event! Food has been crucial to our survival since the dawn of humanity. Its cultural ties help us to understand where we came from and may be the key to achieving sustainability. Together, we'll take a journey through centuries of food and unlock some secrets from Athletes of the past: Hunters, Gatherers and the Farmers who supported them.
While this event is free to attend, we ask for registrants to please bring non-perishable food donations for the Whitchurch-Stouffville Food Bank.
About Andy Muto:
My passion for fresh, simple, and natural food has been the cornerstone of my career. I have dedicated more than 35 years to refining the undisputable correlation between food and the body; more specifically how food supports performance and nourishes recovery.
Notably, it has been my pleasure to spend the last 10 years alongside some of the NHL’s Top Players and Alumni, feeding and educating them and their families. My work has connected me with Pro athletes from the MLS and the NBA and I’ve been fortunate to support local athletes from the Canadian Olympic Team and Minor Hockey Leagues, just to name a few.
