Teens are invited to join singer/songwriter Joni NehRita as she shares her experiences, her music, & takes you through some exercises to unlock your creative potential & productively deal with stress.

Calling all high school students! This past year has been hard for everyone. Bridging GAAPS (Giving All A Place to Speak) in partnership with Cambridge Art Galleries l Idea Exchange wants to give YOU a platform to share how you are feeling and doing as well as discover new strategies for dealing with stress.

This program comes with a free kit of supplies. Once you have registered, you can pick up your kit of supplies at Idea Exchange, Queen's Square (1 North Square, Cambridge) during open hours.

This program is delivered through Zoom.

The Cambridge Art Galleries, Idea Exchange presents public exhibitions of contemporary art at two Idea Exchange locations in the city of Cambridge: Queen's Square Gallery and Preston Gallery.

Cambridge Art Galleries also offers programs, events, and workshops for all skill levels and age groups. They also maintain a permanent collection of contemporary Canadian Fiber Art. Public art commissions and works from the permanent collection are on display in many Idea Exchange locations across the city of Cambridge.
