À propos
Do you think you could handle living in the 1830s? Mrs. Thomas would love you to drop in for a visit, so she can show you how her Oakville farming family lived at that time. She will have welsh cakes cooking over an open fire for all to share. Learn about the daily chores (and that includes ones for the children). Try out some gadgets of the time. There will be games for children of all ages, such as Jacob's ladder, button buzzers and whimmy diddlers or you can try your hand at the game of Grace. So, lots to see and experience.
