What started as one woman's journey has become a powerful movement.
In 2019 Elora's own Gillian Alton launched the Tour de Elora after facing breast cancer at just 31. With strength, community, and incredible care from the Waterloo Regional Health Network, Gillian not only beat cancer, but turned her experience into a purpose.
Now celebrating 10 years cancer free, she continues to raise awareness for young adult breast cancer and support the very centre that helped her heal. Every October, the Tour rides on, bringing people together to make a difference.
