Shadow Flow is a showcase of light creating darkness. Play witness to the beauty of our shadow sides through music and movement.

You are invited to highlight your own unique talent and skill through the safety and anonymity of our shadow boxes and create something of your own. This interactive performance piece is open to everyone.

We make our return this year even bigger and better in a new location - 189 Bannatyne Ave.

With local DJs playing well into the late night we'll keep the vibes high.

We've added a bar featuring Patent 5 and Nonsuch and local food trucks like Engocha to keep you fuelled up for the evening.

With places to sit and connect with community and vintage vendors to peruse and chill out and watch the spectacle.

Washrooms on site.

Rogue Vinyasa is Winnipeg's newest yoga studio. Located on Corydon Avenue they offer multiple classes daily but believe yoga is so much more than just movement , it's connection. They love linking music , movement , and friends.

Parlour Coffee is a staple in the exchange district. Serving the best coffee in a 100 year old room since 2011. They too believe in the importance of community and enjoying life.
